Not 100% Happy? That’s On Us.

We want you to love what you receive. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order — for any reason — just let us know within 30 days and we’ll offer a full refund or make it right.
This guarantee applies to all non-custom items.

Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, email us at info@pixelede.com. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.
Please note: items returned without first contacting us won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, get in touch right away so we can make it right.

Non-returnable Items

Custom and personalized products — like commissioned pet portraits — are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Digital downloads, sale items, and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have, and place a new order after your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
